These stacking toys are used in the Montessori classroom to aid the child in developing the proper grasp and hand-eye coordination. They are perfect toys to help the child begin to hone the grasp needed for writing later on. Included in this listing are the following stacking toys:

Each stacker hones the grasp in slightly different ways and the graduated ring stacker builds upon the mathematical sense by challenging the child to order the rings.
Each stacker is made with a solid maple wood base. The rings are made from maple (light wood), cherry (reddish tone), and walnut (dark tone). No stain or coloring is added to the rings - the wood tones determine the color. They are sealed only with our beeswax and flaxseed oil finish.
The dimensions of the toys are approximately 4.5 inches x 5 inches on the base and 4.5 inches tall.
