Busy Wood makes sure that the beds are in perfect condition, therefore all parts of the product are polished by hand. The color of the product may be slightly different from that shown in the photo. It can be lighter or darker because it is made of natural wood.

Busy Wood is preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.

They take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, they will send you a new product.

 

Delivery

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days. Shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain). To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia 14-25 business days.

It should be remembered that during international shipping delays at customs may happen.

 

Customs

The furniture is heavyweight and is packed in a large box. Therefore, you may need to pay additional customs fees. Busy Wood does not affect the amount of taxes, it depends on your country and its laws.

The USA, Australia, and EU member countries do not pay customs services payments and import fees.
